When can I pick up my order?
We process orders during normal business hours which vary slightly due to Covid19. Most days, we are open 10-8. Our minimum order time is 1-2 hours depending on the volume. Many times you will notice availability within ONE hour -- but there are times when we will need two hours. But don't worry, you will know when the order will be ready as soon as you choose your items.

What if I receive a defective item?
We stand behind the items we sell. If the item you receive will not work ... please do the following: Try every possibility of batter positions: this one up, that one down, then reverse ... then both up, then both down. This will save time to make sure the product is really defective. Remember to try the batteries in something else as well to make sure they are good. Contact us within 3 business days and let us know the item is defective. We will replace it with the same item (if in stock) or you may choose another item. There are no refunds however.
